Who: Miss Lee, a talented, fun lady born and raised in the Bronx, NY. This private chefs passion for food began at early age, while helping in her grammas kitchen and then sitting around the table surrounded by family and love. Miss Lee attended Culinary Arts School in New York, which gained her access to a variety of restaurants throughout the city. While mastering her craft in these various establishments, this adventurous chef began trying her own, made from scratch, scrumptious recipes and eventually gained her own personal clientele. Now, not only does Miss Lee continue to serve as an excellent personal chef, she also provides small catering services.
What: Delicious, innovative, made from scratch, soul food. And when she says soul food she means Real Soul Food, which is food made from the heart that reaches down and warms the soul.

As the arrival of our son approaches, my husband and I have been stocking up on all of the essentials and that, of course, includes diapers. Lights Out!

Heeyyyyyyyy ^_^ Finally back!! Whew! From being stuck out of town (Keysville, Va Lawwd have mercy) to coming home to no electricity, these last few days have truly been eventful, but I've thought of my readers everyday :) I am blessed to have my power back on here in Lynchburg Va, however, there are those who don't and if you know someone Please Please call or go and check on them especially if they're elderly or have any medical conditions. This heat isn't making things any better.  I gotta tell ya, I panicked at first lol. We, as a society, have become so dependent on electricity that its hard to function without it...A/C, fans, light, refrigerators, ect...and lets not forget CELLPHONES lol I know people who went to charge their phone before they went to get water and food *Puts hands on hips and shakes head*  However, through all this bad there has been alot of good!! Hello All!! So, its National Chocolate Pudding Day and I'm ready to dive right in! Since its so close to lunch time how about we start off with a few delicious, (and some odd) chocolate treats... CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON I'm speechless...and in love... CHOCOLATE ONIONS ummm...you guys are on your own with this one lol CHOCOLATE COVERED POMEGRANATE I can dig it...they look gorgeous, wouldn't mind serving these at my wedding..hmm.. CHOCOLATE COVERED CHICKEN Neither here nor there... CHOCOLATE COVERED CARROTS these are pretty as well, very fanciful looking... CHOCOLATE COVERED POTATO CHIPS I'd imagine the sweet and salty taste with the crunchy texture would be ahhhmazing CHOCOLATE COVERED RIBS I love chocolate...I love ribs CHOCOLATE COVERED COFFEE BEANS Wouldn't mind having these in my lumchbox for work  Ok enough!
