Shop Snag

Good Morning All! I'm up bright and early checking on all things Snag lol. Since I've started this business I find myself waking up earlier than usual (between 6 and 7 am) and staying up. It's also difficult for me to shut my laptop at night and not touch it (I'm talking 1 and 2 am). The first night I began seriously planning and building I went to sleep at 5 am and woke back up at around 10 am. As much as I want Snag to be a success, I also understand that there needs to be a balance. I honestly haven't felt this great about "working" in my life though, so it's hard. Thankfully. I'm seeing results fairly quickly, which wasn't expected. My constant social media work has gotten me over a hundred organic followers on Instagram, and almost 40 on Twitter within 2 days. Reader Special *Tuscaloosa, Alabama*

Hello All! So, I have chosen the spotlight Teeny Bites reader and they are from Tuscaloosa, Alabama! While I do have family in that state, I did have to do a little research and I found out a lot of great things! As many of you know it's the home of the University of Alabama and (Crimson Tide!) and Bryant Denny Stadium. -Alabama was the first state in the USofA to declare Christmas a national holiday in 1836. -Alabama also has the longest state constitution in the world!  -The first 911 call was made in Alabama on Feb 16, 1968. -In Scottsboro there's a store called the Unclaimed Baggage Store that buys lost luggage from airlines after all attempts have been made to contact the original owner. After browsing for a while I noticed a restaurant called Jim N Nicks being menti

WOW! This has all happened so fast! Ok, first let me get you all caught up! After I got my license, (see previous posts) I got to work immediately. Having that piece of paper in my hand made me truly realize how close I was to my goal! There is really a ton of stuff involved in running ones own business. First, I had to decide exactly what I was going to sell. This changed as I looked at different vendors and what they had to offer. I was a little nervous about venturing into the clothing side of things simply because so many things can go wrong. Sizing, color, fit, etc. I felt (and still do) that clothing can be a trap for customer returns and complaints. Granted, I'm not one of those people. If I receive the wrong color, size, etc I'll email the company politely and that's all. I don't return things or make a fuss. I think the hassle of returning items isn't worth it. But that's just me. Granted, I don't make expensive purchases online. If it's som
